The ‘Mémoire’ exhibition was also successfully held at the beginning of September. The photographic works of Delphine Schacher, Rebecca Bowring and Anouck Ruffieux and the ceramics of Arunà Canevascini were exhibited at Pyxis in Lausanne.
As they walked through the rooms, visitors were invited to immerse themselves in aspects of memory and make a connection between the past and present.
The exhibits point to the complexity and richness of human memory. They make us aware of the value of memory for our identity and our understanding of the world. Through the different perspectives of these four young artists, ‘Mémoire’ offered a nuanced insight into the many dimensions of memory.
