AHV 21. On 25 September, the Swiss electorate approved the reform to stabilise the AHV at the ballot box (AHV 21). It is expected to come into force on 1 January 2024.

The most important changes are the standardisation of the retirement age for women and men at 65 and a more flexible retirement age. However, the associated implementation work is still in its infancy, which is why the compensation funds do not yet have concrete information on many points.

In order to pass on all the information quickly and easily, our social insurance partner PROMEA has set up a central information page at . The most important information on retirement at the age of 65 is constantly updated there. The most significant information on the reform will be made available there on an ongoing basis: Questions and answers, helpful links and all the necessary forms. The site is updated regularly. Check back regularly and stay informed!
