A laboratory for photography. The pool collective is a group of artists and creatives who work with the photographic medium. Its focus is on promoting personally motivated work and sees itself as a platform for exchange, networking and visibility.
The collective, a working group of the SBF, emerged in 2020 from a reactivation campaign of the vfg pool. Since then, the group has redefined itself and is not only for those entering the profession, but unites - from amateur:iners to established - many professional sectors.
Salvatore Vitale, Yann Gross, Nicolas Polli, Loredana Nemes and Anne Morgenstern are just some of the names the collective has invited for workshops. The group has also already developed two exhibitions and offers a safe space for feedback, experimentation and a shared learning experience with regular activities and events across Switzerland.
