In connection with the topic of artificial intelligence (AI), the Taskforce draws attention to an article by photographer Christoph Schütz in the Swiss specialist journal for media and communication law Medialex on the topic of AI:
"The progressive perfection of ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence tools may mean that "the world out there" can be described by AI systems just as authentically and thus credibly as by media professionals".
What is the situation with AI-generated images? Christoph addresses this issue in his article "AI and Photography in the Media" («KI und Fotografie in den Medien»). Worth reading and a must for SBF photographers.
