The SIYU offers legal advice in connection with the exercise of the profession of photographer. Simple questions will be answered by our Copyright and Legal Commission or by the Presidium. More complex cases are passed on to a specialist lawyer who contacts the photographer directly and provides a brief assessment of the situation and advice. This service is free of charge for SIYU members.

For non-members our legal advice is subject to a fee! (pro rata CHF 120 per hour, minimum flat rate CHF 50)
