Revised information sheet on copyright. Due to the revision of copyright law, which came into force on 1 April 2020, the copyright information sheet has been completely revised.
Thanks to the new article Art. 2 para. 3bis , which also offers protection to non-individual photographs (photographic image protection), the legal situation regarding the protection of photographs has changed significantly.
