We are organising a video workshop in Bern on 2 and 3 May. In the two-day workshop with Martin Bissig, you will learn how to produce professional films with your existing camera - without expensive additional equipment or software. The course is aimed at photographers with little film experience, but they should have a basic knowledge of photography.

The first day will focus on camera technology, storytelling and sound - from resolution and frame rate to image settings, microphone selection and lighting. You will then implement what you have learnt in your own short film. The second day is dedicated to post-production with the free DaVinci Resolve software: you will learn the complete workflow from the raw material to the finished film, including editing, colour grading, music and export.
