The SBF offers legal advice in connection with the practice of the photography profession.
Simple questions are answered by our Copyright and Legal Commission or by the Presidium. More complex cases are referred to a specialist lawyer who will contact the photographer directly for a brief assessment of the situation and advice. This service is free of charge for SBF members.
For non-members, our legal advice is subject to a fee! (Pro rata CHF 120 per hour, minimum flat rate CHF 50).
