At the invitation of the Section, Ralph Schlosser, a lawyer specialising in intellectual property, gave a comprehensive presentation on 1 October on the settlement of copyrights and the use of the ASBI tariff. During his presentation in Lausanne, Mr Schlosser explained the practical and legal aspects of copyright management.
